Yoga-based Psychotherapy is an integrative approach to mental health counseling. Yoga, a mind, body, and spirit practice, helps people with trauma, depression, anxiety, uncertainty, conflict, anger, ADHD, and other issues to feel centered, and clear about how to proceed in life.
I am a certified Yoga teacher E-RYT-500, with over 2,000 hours teaching experience and more than a decade of intense studies and trainings, and a licensed Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Systems Psychology. I work with teenagers, adults, and couples, using all aspects of yoga, including meditation, physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises, and philosophy, blended with modern-day psychology techniques.
